The iTero is an intraoral scanner, which means that it uses optical and laser scanning inside your mouth to achieve precise images. Not only that, it delivers them in color. The images are delivered in as little as 60 seconds, saving you time in our chair. It also produces a better quality image that allows us to diagnose and recommend treatments more effectively.
The software that comes along with the scanner is even more remarkable. It compares your dental images over time to help us visualize tooth wear or gum changes. This reduces the chances of a dental condition slipping past our notice. We’ll be able to spot problems at the earliest signs — you can be confident your dental health is being carefully monitored.
