The staff was amazing. Everyone that I encountered were friendly and personable.

I called this dentist the morning I needed help as a new patient. I had cracked a tooth the night before and was extremely panicked with a giant hole in my mouth. Well right out the gate the receptionist was so kind and helpful in helping to ease my stress and got me an appointment for about 2 hours later. When I got into the office I didn’t have to wait at all despite being a new patient. I had dental assistant Sabrina working with me as well as Dr. B. As someone who is just terrified of the dentist these two couldn’t have made my experience more pleasant. They were both so kind and helpful, always checking in to make sure I was okay. Sabrina was so personable and Dr B was so cool and collected totally a pro I could tell. Everything took about an hour and there was not a bit of pain. This is my go to dentist from now on. Wow what an amazing experience. I can safely say I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Let this place be your dentist for life in Spring Hill!

Friendly and professional staff

Dr. Amy and Julie were amazing today! Dr. Amy’s suggestion for me to get a bridge was exactly the right choice. Julie’s warm and funny personality put me immediately at ease. Had my tooth pulled and felt no pain! I couldn’t be any happier with Ackley dental. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! So happy I made the choice to have them as my dentists.

As soon as I walked through the building I felt welcomed! Tia my dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! I have high anxiety being at a dentist and she made my first visit in years a pure breeze! She made it so convenient to where I can have my 6 month cleaning with her again. Which is an huge plus!! And Dr. Scheuermann was just a nice!! They both explained everything to me and made my visit 100% excellent! I would not go anywhere else, and I would recommend Ackley Dental Group 100%!!!

My first visit in many years after I had implants put in several years ago. They are professional, thorough, and comforting. I saw Dr. B who was friendly and explained everything in detail. Dental assistant, Brittany was the most wonderful. She explained every step of what was going on, even when she was just typing into her computer. Made me feel so comfortable. I hope all other encounters with this group continue in this fashion.
