This is an outstanding dental practice. Words are not enough to express my deep and sincere appreciation for every person I interacted with and the excellent dental work I received. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The staff is genuine, kind and courteous. The compassion, kindness, and professional dental work I received from Dr. B. (Boghdadi) and Jazmine far exceeded any of my previous dental experiences. As many people do, I suffer high anxiety of dental work. I will probably always have the anxiety, but knowing Dr. B will perform the work lessens it considerably. Divine Providence paved my path to Ackley Dental and Dr. B. and, for that, I am extremely grateful.

Yesterday when I got this request I deleted it. However, after thinking over night about my thoughts concerning my experience at Ackley Dental that day I've decided to way in with the following. My appointment was receive a permanent crown. Unfortunately, it wasn't made properly and after trying to remedy the problem in-house it was determined the crown would go back to the lab. I was then told I will have to wait another two weeks to get the repaired crown. As a former Customer Service Mgr. of 20 representatives for 10 years that would never be acceptable. I already waited two weeks. Now, through no fault of my own my problem goes to the back of the bus. It's the fault of the lab and your office should have been all over them to fix the problem immediately. They created the problem. They need to rectify the problem now, not have your customer wait another two weeks. Have a backbone and stand up for YOUR customer.

I have worked in Dentistry for years before retiring. I was welcomed, listened to and cared for on a personal level. I need a moral extraction, I expressed my pain level concerns. I felt only pressure but at any sign of pain, it was addressed with great care! Very professional and caring team!!! Thank you all!

Dr. B is a newer provider to the office and he did my filling today. He was extremely professional and took pride in his work. I barely felt a thing during numbing and my bite fits perfectly. I will schedule any necessary dental work with him in future!

I have some medical problems and I did tell my dentist what they are and she is so compassionate and so understanding so when I'm there if I'm not feeling great she does everything to keep me comfortable and I don't have to feel embarrassed.
